Fiery Satay


1 Lime

2 Tbs Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)

125g Fiery Mamas Peanut Sambal (or more if you wish)


In a pan heat the Fiery Mamas Peanut Sambal with Kecap Manis, then squeeze the lime juice. 

If you wish to have it with 500g chicken (or beef), cook it separately on a pan or bbq and marinade with 2 teaspoons of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1 tablespoon of Kecap Manis. Salt and pepper to taste.
